Box Tops for Education Program
Join the Scotchtown Avenue Elementary School PTO to help raise money through the Box Tops for Education Program!
What is the Box Tops for Education Program?
Box Tops for Education is one of the nation’s largest school fundraising loyalty programs that has helped schools succeed since 1996. With more than 240 participating products, it’s an easy way for schools to earn cash for the things they need.
How does it work?
Once you start looking, you’ll notice these little pink coupons are everywhere! More than 200 products have Box Tops that are worth 10 cents each for your school.
Simply cut out the Box Top and tape or glue it (no staples, please!) onto the SAS Box Top Buck, the school’s special Box Top collection sheet. Each “buck” has 10 blank spaces available so your child will turn in $1 worth of Box Tops when completed.
Where do I get an SAS Box Top Buck?
Box Top Bucks will be sent home with students, emailed to parents/guardians and are available to print. If need be, Box Tops can be sent to school in a sealable plastic bag — please be sure to include your child’s name and teacher — but the completed Box Top Buck is preferred.
When will Box Top Bucks be collected?
Collection days will be held throughout the school year and will be known as Box Top Fridays. Students should come to school with their completed Box Top Bucks. PTO volunteers will collect the Box Tops from each classroom in the morning. Make sure to send them in — the class with the most “bucks” will be awarded a trophy for the month!
Wait, there’s a trophy?
There are three trophies, one for each grade level. Each month, the class with the most Box Top Bucks in their grade level will be awarded the Box Top All Stars Trophy! That class will have bragging rights for the month until the next collection is counted.
