Unified Basketball team will face off against Monroe-Woodbury. The game will take place at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, May 9 at the GHS Main Gym.
Not only will the players showcase their spirit on the court, spectators will also be invited to show their spirit from the sidelines. In addition to the competition, this event will be a celebration of “SUPERHERO SENIOR NIGHT.” Spectators are encouraged to join in the festivities by dressing as their favorite superheroes as Goshen honors its four senior athletes.
What’s the Scoop? will be on-site offering ice cream for purchase. All Unified Basketball players from both Monroe-Woodbury and Goshen will receive their ice cream free of charge.
“Through the simple act of playing a game together, individuals of all abilities come together to form bonds of friendship and understanding, proving that sports have the power to unite us all,” GHS Teacher Eric Harris said.
