Congratulations to our Odyssey of the Mind teams that competed in the New York State finals! We are so proud of your accomplishments in making it to this stage. See our teams below and their place in States.
Congratulations to the Schmidt and Seligman team for advancing to the World Finals! Worlds will be held at Michigan State University from May 21-24. A special congratulations to Carly Seligman on receiving an OMer award for exceptional contributions to her Odyssey of the Mind team.
Carly has been participating in Odyssey of the Mind for seven years. Carly started out playing the flute her first year without a speaking part. Now seven years later, she was brave enough to take on a lead character role. She was Alice, a mandatory character from a chosen story, “Alice Through the Looking Glass” where she sang, danced, and was comedic. Carly is also known for mosaicking tons of beautiful artwork year after year, which judges have been awed by. Carly absolutely loves Odyssey and wants to coach little kids next year to give them the experience she had.
