February 3, 2010 - Music students from the C. J. Hooker Middle School and Goshen High School were selected to participate in this year's All-County Jazz ensembles.

Jonathan Frederick, who plays the vibraphone, will participate in the High School All-County Jazz Band. Three students will participate in the Junior High All-County Jazz Band: Matthew Wolek, Goshen High School, trumpet; Bernard Cohen, Goshen High School, drum set; and Nikolas Vanderhoof, C. J. Hooker Middle School, trombone.

The Jazz Festival will take place on February 26-27 at the Minisink Valley Middle School, with the All-County Jazz Band Concert being held at 3 p.m. on February 27.
