Reminder: Publicity "opt out" form due by Sept. 12

A publicity "opt-out" form is included as part of
students' back to school packets. Parents and guardians who do NOT
want the district to disclose directory information about their
child in district publicity efforts must notify the district by
filling out an "opt-out" form by September 12, 2016.
Information may include name, age, grade level,
participation in activities and sports, honors and awards received
and photographs. This information may be distributed to local
newspapers or broadcast media or may appear in district
publications, the website or social media outlets.
